Vehicle performance is only marginally affected by the use of LPG. The reduction in performance in LPG mode on a 1.8i 16 valve engine, for example, equates to only a slight decrease in acceleration. In real terms, it is the equivalent of carrying an additional adult passenger in the vehicle. Changes in handling characteristics are negligible.
Remember, though, that because you will be running a dual fuel vehicle, you can move back to petrol performance at the flick of a switch!
